Every Hispanic Heritage Month, CATALINA and the National Association of Latina Leaders (NALL) celebrate Hispanic women who have demonstrated groundbreaking leadership and success in the Hispanic community,
& beyond.
Throughout the year, we receive hundreds of nominations and suggestions from you on who we should recognize. The award winners are chosen for their groundbreaking work in their field, industry, company, or community.
